If you have many companies or people coming together and all wants to have
face to face meting each other this programme will help to automate meetings
faster, systematic and efficient way. All members can see whom he has to
meet at what time in which table.
How This Works
Once you log in as owner/admin there will be many options you can find
various functionalities explained below.
Manage Events
By using this module you are able to create your new event and edit / update
even information.
Delete Event Information
Once the particular event is over you can delete the details
Manage Sponsors
Here you can post Banners of your Sponsors
MANAGE TIME INTERVAL
This is the real 1 to 1 Programme please take your time while using this and
carefully as
all your schedules are based on this
Please keep your agenda with you while using this function
Suppose you have
9am to 10 am Inaugural functions
10am to 12pm I to 1 meetings
11am to 11.15 Tea Break
12pm to 1 pm Lunch
1pm to 3pm 1 to 1 meetings
3pm to 3.15pm Tea Break
3.15pm to 5 pm 1 to 1 meetings
5 pm to 7pm Outings followed by Dinner etc
Here you have to choose only the Timings of 1 to 1 Meetings
Eg 10am to 12pm
1pm to 3pm
3.15 to 5 pm
Now see the Number of Participants you have in order set timing for one to
one meetings
eg 10 minutes each or 30 minutes each to fit the timing
First Choose EVENT DATE Calender Given click and set the date
then in the INTERVAL 1 Choose the 1st 1 to 1 TIME eg
HH choose 10 then MM ( the meeting Period time eg 10 minutes, 20 minutes you
can have different meeting timings)
choose AM/PM to HH (if you have choosen 10 minutes for meetings then put 10)
then MM 10 (minutes) AM/PM
then nex timing 10.10 to 10.20 as per your schedule.
Once INTERVAL 10 is over or meetings are within INTERVAL 10 click SUBMIT the
details will be shown below
If you have more Meetings in that particular day continue HH MM AMPM and
then SUBMIT
For Next day CHOOSE EVENT DATE and continue as above and SUBMIT
Your Timings are fixed
MANAGE AGENDA
You can show your AGENDA as per date so that the members who log in can see
the agenda
MANAGE PARTICIPANTS
Here you will see the Participants Details. You can add Each Participants
manually or if you wish to upload all the participants together click EXPORT
PARTICIPANTS a Excel sheet will open please fill all the participants
details save it and keep ready. You have to also give each participants a
password against their email as Login
IMPORT PARTICIPANTS
Once all Participants are uploaded in EXCELSHEET sheet you can IMPORT
PARTICIPANTS This will
automatically bring all the data from EXCEL SHEET to the system. The Members
will also be sent
automatically their username and password. (We suggest only IMPORT the
details once you have
at least 95percent of all participants confirmed otherwise the first
IMPORTED list will get undue
advantage of setting up their meetings first and will not see all the
companies)
You have also option to delete any participants. kindly only IMPORT or ADD
PARTICIPANTS if they
have confirmed otherwise any participants who have fixed their meeting with
them will be left
with no meeting in their fixed schedule.
Once all participants are IMPORTED/ADDED you can send a Mail to all
WELCOMING Them and
also how to fix meetings through a single MAILER SYSTEM by using SEND MAIL
TO PARTICIPANTS.

You can CHANGE your PASSWORD FOR LOGIN

HOW PARTICIPANTS CAN FIX THEIR MEETINGS
The participants can Login using
Username: registered Email ID
Password: as provided by you
Once Participants LOGIN They will see Welcome message which you have typed
in MANAGE EVENTS
Left side panel buttons:
This can be customized as per your advice. We have put Conference Charges,
Payment and Package,
Visa Formalities, Our Event mangers, Our Official carrier, etc the Important
Buttons are
AGENDA; This you have already put
SEND MEETING REQUEST;
Here the participants can see all the Participants details and also BOOK A
MEETING participants can
choose members as per their Choice. When Participants click BOOK A MEETING
against the other Participant he will be shown the time available with the
other participants. Continue till all your meetings till your time slot is
over. Once the other Participant confirms his appointment this participant
gets a mail confirming the meeting time.
If some other participant sends him a Book a meeting he will also be
informed that so and so participant wishes to have a meeting with him at
this time. He can also see the details of waiting confirmation in ACCEPT
MEETING REQUEST. He can either accept the meeting or decline.
Participants can see their meeting schedule and also timings and TABLE NO in
which they will have their meeting at the fixed time. Participants can print
their meeting schedules IT IS EASY AND SIMPLE.
